My experience buying an RVR was awesome. After visiting 4 other dealerships Vickar Mitsubishi was a really enjoyable. I felt no pressure and actually took a week to make my mind up. It was great experience, everything was up front with all our questions and was delightful to deal with. The day we pick up our Mitsubishi was also great. Thanks to all those who made our experience positive.

Eric Anderson was terrific when I needed a new vehicle! I felt understood and taken care the instant I called. Eric was waiting for me when I got to the dealership and had the car I wanted to look at ready when I arrived. I really appreciated the efficiency. Eric and the sales manager Reuel were friendly, genuine and helpful. I truly felt they cared about my experience and wanted to get me a good deal. I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
