This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Final bill - under $100 for everything

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

This is a fantastic business that has been around for a while. They specialize in high quality work on diesel motors. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I have enjoyed doing business here for many years. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and highly skilled mechanics. Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. On top of her impressive anatomical knowledge and incredible skills, she is approachable, professional, and willing to listen. Chem-Dry is an excellent company! I have been using them for almost 15 years not for everything from regular carpet cleaning, to my upholstery and area rugs. Owning a home daycare having my home clean and chemical free is very important to me!! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anyone looking for exceptional cleaning and excellent customer service!!!!!

My son locked his keys in his car and I am over an hour away. He answered right away, assured me he could be there shortly, gave me a time frame and was even there a bit earlier and get him unlocked in no time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shimizu did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth for multiple members in my family and I told him I would not be able to have a follow up the next week ad I would be out of the city and just now at 9pm at night he went out of his way to call me and see how my teeth were. Incredibly caring doctor and very insightful on the few follow up questions I had about care for my mouth.
