Very friendly and helpful. not pushy. Make you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable. They give you good advice and very helpful. We got to Cape Canaveral and had an issue with our room. Called Echo and they got everything sorted out within minutes.

The ladies at the Smiths falls location were very friendly and courteous. They were willing to help and explained everything to me. I would definitely go here again for a rental.

Showed up first thing in the morning, worked tirelessly, and cleaned up after themselves. We think they did a fabulous job and even our neighbours have commented on the difference the new eavetroughs have made to our home.
