I was on the side of the 401 in Cambridge because the splash shield on my car fell off while I was driving, an employee of Always On Call was just ahead of me repairing a truck, he took 5 minutes to help me out and I was back on the road in no time. He obviously didn't have to help me but I was very grateful that he did. Thank you!!

Finally found someone who cares about his customers! After many years of trying to find someone to repair some small blisters in our hot tub, we were given Chris’s number. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. He arrived on time (driving out of town), explained how he would fix our problem & completed the job to our satisfaction. That’s hard to find today! Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.
