First time experience with Red Lobster was the busiest time of the year for restaurants, (mother's day). I absolutely love this place! Although the atmosphere of this restaurant is rather dark, gloomy, and sketchy, they have one of the best steaks and lobster in town.
Usually we order bbq ribs and potato fries for appetizers.
These appetizers are usually mediocre.
As for the entree we always order the rib eye steak as well as 2lb-4lb lobster.
The rib eye steak at House of chan is one of the best steaks I have ever had. The steak at House of Chan melts in your mouth as you eat it. This type of steak should only be eaten if you enjoy the natural taste of steak, and are expecting no additional added flavours.
The lobster is usually just as good as the steak. They offer you a rich butter as a dip. I really enjoy this dish as well.

Everything was so perfect, I like the way every dish had unique flavours, fresh herbs and seasonings, the homemade smoked sambal aioli was to die for on the fritters, we bought a jar to go, the food is inventive and well executed and we will gladly make the drive from Waterloo any day for that caliber of food.
