I am very happy with my service from Conway's Mechanical. My natural gas fireplace was not working. When I called Conway's Mechanical the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The technician arrived promptly and after repairing the fireplace, he even cleaned the glass. Looks and works great!

We used the company when we were living in Brantford. He hooked up gas lines for two outdoor barbecues, plus a gas range.
We just moved to Hamilton. Gas line to outdoor barbecue, gas line to gas range, a sub panel for the circuit panel, correction of electrical hazards and finally installation of a range hood (required cutting a hole in the kitchen to the outdoors) were all performed . ONE contractor.
All work was meticulously and professionally performed with no shortcuts.

I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Recently I had the niagara home hetaing team come in and fix me up with an affordable furnace and AC and in no time they had it installed. They cleaned everything up, pleasent smiles and fantastic service all the way around. Thanks again. More people need to know about you guys.
