Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. Not only will you find Bob very thorough but what’s more, he is a very a nice person indeed! I would highly recommend Preferred Air – it is no wonder their name is Preferred Air - they are preferred and should be yours too - you will make the right and best choice going with Preferred Air.

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational.
