I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. My new default camera place!

They really came through for us!!! Not only that they phoned us as soon as our item was ready for pick up and waited after hours for us to come and pick it up knowing it was urgent for us to have this garment. This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!
