I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price. The staff at this store are very knowledgable and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have a custom built machine, or just to buy the parts and build it yourself.

I have dealt with PC Medic a few times now and have found their customer service to be excellent. Their prices are very good and I never feel that they are charging me for anything I don't need. Very knowledgeable staff. These days a PC place you can trust is as important as a car mechanic you know won't sell you something you don't need. PC Medic is trustworthy.
