My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Our kitchen sink was clogged and Blockbuster came out right away and fixed it. They were efficient, polite, quick, and explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it. I have no complaints and feel good about the whole experience. Good job!
