After receiving various estimates from other companies for a built-in fireplace, we decided to go with Premiere. Williams understood exactly what we were looking for while offering solutions to problems we were concerned about. Once the design was finalized, they came to install over 3 days and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute modification on the job site! SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.
