Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Large T.V in sitting area and soft music in treatment rooms. Dr. Walter Friedl and son are experts as well as up to date on the latest dental treatment available today! Dr Chan and his staff are very professional and helpful. They have made my problems with my teeth become more bearable and shed some light on what was the problem. The one-star comment has to be bogus! I have been going to this dentist for years. Because I moved many times to different cities, I have experienced dental care from quite a few dentists. This dentist is the BEST ever! My experience from being greeted at the door, going to the examination room, teeth cleaning, fillings and crowns, I could not ask for better care or treatment. All the staff, including the doctor, are kind and knowledgeable.

I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.
