I'm new to toronto and I needed to get my eyes checked as I couldn't make it "home" to get them done. The receptionist was wonderful and so was the doctor! I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor.
