Paul knows his stuff, he ordered the part for my washer, came to do the repair and went straight to work. The repair was done in no time at all. EXCELLENT service, and reasonable prices. The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable.
