I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.

I and my wife were treated with honesty and remarkable professionalism by a salesperson in this dealership. His name is John Sheremeta. He's very knowledgeable with the company and its products, he didn't sell us what we didn't need, he patiently walked us through the paperworks, and showed us the features of the vehicle with unmatched enthusiasm. I recently purchased a 2017 GTI with the performance package from Yorkdale VW. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Duncan Todd. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and was really passionate about the car. Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step.
I visited a few different dealerships prior to visiting Yorkdale VW and the service I received everywhere else paled in comparison.
