I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.

That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.

GTA Inc. A beautiful mechanic shop that offers great services for reasonable prices. Yeon and Mark are great experienced and knowlegeable mechanics. Highly professionals who make customers feels safe by providing clear explanations, receipts, warranty, and transparent services. I am very happy to be a customer of GTA Automotive. I've been bring our GM cars to this Firestone for 10 years now, once the GM warranty expires. Each visit has been an excellent experience, with repairs quotes almost always matching the final bill.
They do let you know if they find anything else wrong, but you are not obligated to get the work done.
Front desk has always been helpful, and prices reasonable.
Given the cost of Yonge street real estate, it will be hard to expect this place to last for many more years. But for now, I trust them with my auto repairs and tire services.

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

Best service and prices. Karl always gives you best advise on the tires and options. I have compared the storage and tire costs with others in this area and his prices are best. Make appointment for your tire change as they are very busy during tire change season. I would recommend to anyone... you would be satisfied with their service.

All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!
