When I saw that these guys had a 2.7 star rating I was floored. I have been back with them for the past 4 years putting tires on rims, balancing and installing wheels on my truck, my sisters truck and my cousins truck. Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!
