Dr Phoebe Bichara is an excellent Doctor. She was always ready to go the extra mile to help me with my health issues related with my T1 Diabetes.
She is what all doctors should (must) be: very caring and knowledgeable, but amazingly humble. Always taking time to listen to you.
Dr Bichara was my Endocrinologist for over 5 years until I recently moved moved.

Our esthetician, Jo (owner), is friendly, professional, fair and always willing to accommodate our schedules. We receive the best services from Jo and in particular are very familiar with manicures, pedicures, waxings, and facials. The products Jo carries in the salon are exceptional and we've adopted these products for our skin care on a daily basis. Jo is very attentive to not only the quality of her services, but also that of the products that are sold through the salon. We would never hesitate to recommend Jo and the salon to others and in fact, have recommended several people to Jo and they too are now loyal customers. The pricing at the salon is highly competitive with the other salons and on many occasions is less than what you might expect. I have been to other driving schools in Toronto, and failed my G1 exit test twice before coming to Advanced Road Craft in Kitchener. The quality of service and instruction that I got at ARC is significant in comparison. Trustworthy, professional, attentive, and great customer service. Worth every penny and I will be coming back for other lessons they offer (winter, highway, etc.)! A+ for Mick (in-class) and Andrew (in-car) as instructors!
