The service I received was excellent! Prompt, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. They came and removed my built in and took it back to the shop. It was returned and installed the next day, and then they made one more visit to make tweaks to the operation of the machine. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

Micheal is next to none when it comes to professionalism, experience and care. He is the longest standing registered dog walking service in the tri-cities and can be trusted whole heartedly! My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!
