Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Called them on a Wednesday, Bryan came to look at the job that evening and then they came on Thursday and cut the tree down, trimmed the other one and cleaned up everything. They are totally awesome. My front yard looks so neat and clean now. Would certainly recommend them to anyone having tree work done. Certainly give them a 5 star rating. Maureen

Crafts and Things is a great little store tucked away in the woods that punches way above it's weight when it comes to the stock they carry, customer service and the friendliness of the staff.
If you are into comic books, table top gaming, anime, or cool toys this is the place for you if you are visiting the Parry Sound area.
Well worth the drive from Huntsville or Barrie.

I want to start of by saying Tracy is one of the sweetest, nicest, welcoming person I know in gravenhurst. I’ve been through something’s in life and here’s Tracy that I haven’t seen on a year and the inspiration, positive words and advice she gave me was very heart warming. Barbara Ann Chidiac knows her stuff! I trust her with my senior toy poodle. Staff are great as well. A quaint and lovely clinic (not too far from Midland) that rivals well-respected Toronto clinic vets I have used in the past. Try Chidiac Animal Hospital and you will love it as much as we do!

We didn't end up having any work done on the vehicle because it was declared a write-off, but Laurie at Carstar was excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend based on the service!
