They are all very helpful, sometimes they get busy understandably but they actually do try to help, and know your name & history.. as opposed to the way bigger banners with random strangers do it.

My wife and I just moved into a new condo that is managed by Mareka and I have to say that they are very efficient. The day that we moved in the property manager, Mary, made sure that we had a copy of the building's rules and regulations. She was also very welcoming and was able to answer all of our questions. Very impressed already.

Desis did a great job replacing the siding on our house. They were able to work right through the very cold and windy weather.
Upon removing the old siding it was evident that there was minimum insulation. Desi re insulated the walls and we can already feel the benefit.. I wish we had done this years ago.
All in all a great job by Desis.

The driver of Tow Truck #14 (Reggie) provided an excellent service this morning in assisting me with getting my car towed, he was very PATIENT, COURTEOUS, and PROFESSIONAL from start to finish. He made a difficult moment much easier. Thank you for the great service!Highly recommend!

The flat-rate airport transfer made planning easy, with no surprises or hidden fees. The driver arrived right on time, helped with our luggage, and the vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for families or travellers with extra bags. They even provided a child seat, which was a huge convenience for our little one.

A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.
