Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. I have been asked to go to other places, but I only wish to go here. The staff at Lifmark are very friendly and cordial. You can speak openly with each and everyone of them. They are all very down to earth. Awesome place!

The Mayfair is a wonderful fitness, tennis, squash, and swimming club. The staff is impressive, from the front desk, to maintenance, to fitness coaches, and instructors -- professional and helpful. Since going there, Ive lost 16 pounds while quitting smoking. Both my body and my attitude have undergone profound, positive changes. I also recommend the spa and yoga studio downstairs.

I have never met such a wonderful group. Everyone is just so friendly,and amazing. I am one who very much dislikes going to the dentist due to my past experiences, but I must say I have had nothing but great experiences here with the wonderful team at Mayfield Dental.

New to me Dr Leeson and assistant Enida were amazing. I was nervous about getting a filling but they both made me feel comfortable and relaxed . BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! This is the place to go if you need a hearing aid. I've worn hearing aids for 15 years and I can't function without them. I've been to most stores near vaughan including the bigger ones. This company offered the best service and knew exactly what they were talking about. I'm glad I found them because it's difficult to find honest hearing aid providers these days. 5 stars.

I had a tooth removed in this Clinic, I have to say it was a best experience ever on my long life. The stuff were very polite and Doctor was amazing. I did not even feel how he made it done.. This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

I had very severe back and right leg pain and was off work. I was diagnosed by Dr. D'Astolfo with a herniated disc in my lower back and followed a spine care program and got treatment, spinal decompression, rehab and dietary advice.
