The classes are fantastic for all age groups, and Grand Master Cariati ensures that everyone, no matter their skill level, receives proper training. He creates a welcoming environment where both parents and kids feel comfortable, and he’s always ready to answer any questions. The Mayfair is a wonderful fitness, tennis, squash, and swimming club. The staff is impressive, from the front desk, to maintenance, to fitness coaches, and instructors -- professional and helpful. Since going there, Ive lost 16 pounds while quitting smoking. Both my body and my attitude have undergone profound, positive changes. I also recommend the spa and yoga studio downstairs.

The service here was excellent. Paula was an amazing physiotherapist. All of the staff were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!
