I went here last night because I saw so many good reviews online. I'm not from Brampton but was in the area and I needed to find a good place. I was NOT disappointed at all. Not only was Lynn really good at her work and did exactly what I wanted, but she also took the time to explain different types of nails, the prices, the pros and cons of each type, and also let me decide how to do my design based on prices with no pressure to upsell! I’ve been a client at Zen Nails for 8 years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the service, and the kindness of the staff.
I am beyond impressed with their safety measures in place during covid. There are plexiglass dividers between staff and clients, as well as dividers between stations.
I highly recommend this business. (Especially Laura for manicures and Lee for pedicures)

Very nice atmosphere and the girls there are very nice....Eunice amazing facial and shellac application and Jeni is good as well. Even last minute I manage to get in for a service as a walk-in. I find the Sunday service a little slow as I think the part-time girls are just not as fast but still very good service but lengthy. Recommend OPI shellac over CND for sure...durability is a lot better. All in all happier here than I have been at other places in the area.
