Once in a while you find a gem, and Charlotte’s Web Florist is this gem. You were so professional, considerate and caring. You went over and above to make sure my flower order was delivered successfully and in doing so, you brought so much joy to a wonderful family who have been going through a really tough time. What an amazing local shop! Soo much variety, and such a knowledgeable team! Great prices as well. They made sure I knew all the tips and tricks for care for the plants I chose. Two whole floors of plants, and loads of pots to choose from. The best part though is their adorable and super friendly Employee of the Month (see picture). Can't wait to go back again.
