This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

Have to agree that Mervat is the best you can get in your pharma needs. And every single one of the staff all get 5 out of 5 in my books. Been over 10 years now and I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the level of professionalism by the entire staff. They really go out of their way to help you. JC

The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .

This pharmacy is great with caring pharmacists and staff. Very good at quickly and carefully processing your prescription and keeping up with any changes.
