Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with. Will continue going here for all my Telus needs.

I had spoken with someone at another Telus location and they spent maybe 3 minutes trying to fix the problem I was having. Sam, at the Westbrook Mall Phone Experts, took less than 10 minutes to get my Whatsapp back on my phone! Huge thank you to him!

My iPhone suffered extensive salt water damage ....I had not backed up my phone and feared I had lost valuable irreplaceable photo's and information. I cannot say enough about how personable and informative they were. The iPhone was repaired in a timely fashion and I am relieved to say the information I feared lost was save. I am very grateful .
