I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

Pharmacy was excellent. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Bradley explained my new prescription and answered all my questions. Branka made me aware that my prescription was ready.

had a small parcel to mail to the USA. The price was way more reasonable than what I have paid using another service, and the service was fast, friendly and informative. I won't go anywhere else, and am in the process of telling friends!!
