My favourite chicken place.... The staff are very friendly, place is always clean n well put together. I love the boss every time I walk in it’s always pleasant feeling and he calls me the captain lol, go n check it out, especially that location always fresh n nice??

We have visited many Italian reataurants throughout Ontario from Brockville to Niagara Falls, Oshawa to North Bay and Avanti's in Oshawa is number one. Not because we live here, because of the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness of this establishment. Their Fusilli in Bianco is our favorite. We have dined there many times before Oshawa Generals Hockey games and Shows at the newly renovated Regent Theatre. And we are so proud to mention Avanti's everywhere we go. They bring out the pride in Oshawa when it comes to dining out.

This was my second visit. My lunch was greatly improved over the last time. For a fast food place in a mall, the pad thai was very good.

I brought my family here just last Friday! It was very busy but that did not affect the welcoming service, warm atmosphere and delicious food! The fish and chips and salad were all fresh and the restaurant was very clean and bright!
We will def. make this our go to fish and chips place! �

Had supper here and what a wonderful dining experience! It is a comfortable, homey atmosphere where you are served a delicious meal that is superbly cooked .........fresh ingredients, nothing overcooked. It reminded me of Sunday dinners at Grandma's house.........dessert was also fabulous and fresh-made. I would advise people to make a reservation for dinner........we didn't have one but they fitted us in within the hour.

Went to DC with the child for open house and decided to look for lunch on the way to 401. We passed it and turned back as we didn't want fast food. It's a tiny place with 2 tables and 4 rickety chairs but we are happy we stopped there. The girl (owner's daughter it turns out) behind the counter was sweet and efficient. She made us 4 samosas & 4 shawarmas that were delicious and filling. The owner provided 2 free bottles of water for our 1st time there as well as a orange drink for the two guys ahead of us, also their 1st time. Friendly, fun and good food too. We put the tables together and had an excellent lunch. There's just no elegant way to eat shawarmas so you need lots of napkins. Wouldn't want to eat there in the winter as it probably gets quite cold in there.

If you are looking for a spot to hang with your friends and watch the game then you definitely need to hit up Whitby St.Louis. They pride themselves on their staff as well as ensuring that any major game that is playing is on every TV. This means hockey, baseball, football, UFC, golf- you name it they have it. Oh and the wings, fries and garlic dip is delicious. My personal favorite is the Hot n Honey wing sauce or the Suicide wing sauce. I would suggest going on Tuesday for wing night, or on Thurs or Fri which is their busiest nights. They have a huge regular following from 3pm to 5:30pm so if you are looking for some company at the bar, this is the time to go!

Great atmosphere. Nice little pub in downtown Oshawa. Just moving to Oshawa about a year ago never would have thought to even try this place (being downtown). The wings are great (best I have had in Oshawa so far, and "yes" I have been to the Bulldog and Jax's). The only bad thing that I could say about the wings, they are a little on the small side and the hot are not all that hot. The service is alright (good at times, but alright). Nice little patio, clean washrooms, decent bar, good mix of different age groups. Been there twice, was a jazz/blues band playing during our second visit. Great place!!!
