I've been eating here off and on for about twenty years and the food is consistently excellent.
My one complaint (perhaps more of an observance, really) relates to how noisy it can get with a full house. Once upon a time, they used to have a carpeted dining room but changed it to tile about ten years ago. Needless to say, sounds are no longer muffled.

Pizzéria reculée mais qui mérite un détour ET... un retour pour moi assuré !
La pizza est succulente , cuite avec soin et respect. Authenticité des proprios (2 sœurs je crois) et service complet sans détours malgré l'heure tardive et limite. Quoique très subtile l'odeur de cigarette rajoute tout de même de l'endroit et des méthodes.
Osez parler français avec elles , en testant leurs capacités à le faire ´properly ´

WOW! This restaurant is fantastic...The food was fresh and the taste was amazing not to forget that the portions are very generous. I will be going back without a doubt and I will most likely become a regular. Wether you are in the mood for Greek food or not, trust me you need to try this place! The owner and his staff were very nice and welcoming.

Best shawarma in Ottawa, hands down. I refuse to eat shawarma anywhere else, it just does not compare. Constantly fresh, massive portions that can feed you several meals, amazzzzing!

An out of the way little house that looks like a local take out pizza joint. Walk in and there are a few tables. Sit down and order and get some of the best Italian food I have had in Ottawa. Ask what the special is, you never know. We stared wit a sausage appetizer that is to die for, flavorful and spiced just right. There were 6 of us so we all ordered different things and tried each others. There was not a loser in the bunch. Skip the insalata, it is just greens on a plate. The veal picatta was outstanding and the pastas were great. Get the house wine, the night we were there it was a very good valpolicella.
You will need reservations here very soon, best to call before had anyway.

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in.
We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots.
Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience.
We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere.
We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again.

A favourite restaurant. Friendly, comfortable environment with very good service. We recently enjoyed Tempura as a starter followed by the CHEO Charity Dinner Menu 4 Course Meal. The atmosphere is relaxed with just the right time between serving items that arrive fresh, hot and tasty. The lunch All You Can Eat menu is a particular favourite for those who enjoy a slower meal with small portions of individual items from the menu. We have been many times and will return many times.
