Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.
