Recently we had say goodbye to our elderly dog. It was a heart crushing process. The team at HVH, accommodated our needs which is difficult due to covid restrictions. Afterwards Andrea called us to make sure our family were ok. They sent us a card with our dogs paw prints. We’ve been using Hastings Vet for 8 years. The team have always gone above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of our family.

The crew were friendly, and polite, and went to my neighbours to ensure they knew any cleanup of shingles and nails would be done, and it was fastidiously. They were great. Jay made a suggestion regarding the change in colour of shingles from what we had, and I was unsure, but after it was done I was more than pleased.

I will be taking my truck here from now on. The best job that has been done since we bought the truck new. They found spots that were missed by our previous rust check place. Great service and great job. We will be back every year. Thanks
