I received very good service from the lady telly yesterday morning , Wednesday October 2.
I went to my RBC branch in Manotick to draw some US$ and $CAN from my accounts. When I got to the counter I realised that I had left my debit card at home.Your Teller said do not worry I can solve that problem and asked me for ID and pin number etc and saved me a trip home to get my card. It is always nice to get good service with a smile.

I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat!
