I have been going to North Shore optical since my doctor told me I could benefit from reading glasses. The staff is hands down one of the friendliest staff I have ever met! My eye doctor tried to pressure me into buying glasses from his connected store but it made me feel uncomfortable and the glasses were sooooo boring! I'd seen North Shore optical on the street before so I thought I give them a try and boy I wasn't disappointed. I had this idea of big 80's style frames something big and comfy they didn't have exactly what I wanted but they took me through a catalog and showed me the perfect pair , they were so knowledgeable and patient! It actually seemed like they cared! Instead of the regular do you like any of these...No? oh well try some where else then. If you want to have a great optical experience hands down I cant recommend them enough they really know their stuff!

Amazing store! Dr. Della Chow has been my optometrist for over 10 years and has taken such good care of me- she has helped me pick out every one of my favourite glasses. Her teams is fantastic and well organized

His business carries a large inventory of designer frames and he keeps himself current on the latest trends in lens technology. From our first purchase 25 years ago and the many over the years up to our most recent several months ago service excellence has remained consistent.

I did my glasses here and it is the best place I have ever been to for glasses. The doctor is the nicest person ever he will help you so much and care about your glasses, they took such good care of everything, the prices are also really good.

This was my first visit to this location but not my first experience with Optiks International. Their service and selection are always great but the Langley staff really out-did themselves. Couldn't help me enough. I am a very happy shopper.
