Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday. Great service!!!!! I will definitely use Island Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Had a Fujitsu heat pump installed on Salt Spring Island. Matt and his apprentice were prompt returning calls and were very professional, courteous and clean on the job site. Were the most competitive by far in terms of pricing as well. Excellent job!

We recently had a fence deck and an arbour built by miller fence and were very pleased with the excellent work that was done. The team was hard working ,timely and even gave us some great optional ideas that we hadn’t thought of ourselves but the best part is that it turned out even more beautiful than we had hoped. We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.
