Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. My wife recently had a scheduled appointment made months in advance. We arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, and like many times before, we were kept waiting almost 1 1/2hrs, before she was taken into a room. One would figure that like any business, they would make appointments according to how many patients can be accommodated. This is in my opinion a poor way to display practices.
