Its a great shop, very customer focused and really works with the clients when making decisions on what to do next, they might be 5 percent higher in costs, but the work is done right the first time, so its worth the drive to Carlisle. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Mark is personable with a positive attitude. He was courteous, efficient, and kind. I would not hesitate to call HRA with special request for Mark. He did a wonderful job!

I've never had to order a tow truck before and I've always heard stories about them trying to scam you. Luckily, Sheikh was pleasant to deal with and gave me a quote on my tow and followed through with it. He towed my car from downtown to Scarborough for a reasonable price. He was careful hooking up the car and taking it down and you can tell he is very experienced in his work. He was nice enough to give me a ride back home. Highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest tow truck driver!
