Amazing gym. Love the 24-hours and the fact it's never closed. Great staff too, they really care about helping get results. Another one just opened in Port Coquitlam too, so I can use both gyms whenever I want.

I have high respect for Simon, he is a man with a warm soul, he does not make you feel as a source of income but rather as a human being willing to improve as a person, you can feel the passion he pours on his academy, the walls around the building proudly show the long history and respect he has for his trade.

I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.
