I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. happy with the service from Caldwell Plumbing, told us we could do it ourselves, but as we weren't confident enough and afraid we would screw it up, we hired them, he fixed our problem, offered info so we could repair ourselves should it happen again. Friendly service...THANK YOU!!
