I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. My car wouldn’t start on December 30th in the evening. I called B & F and he said he could look at it the next day. December 31st. I had it towed there that night, he fixed it the following day for a reasonable price and I got my car back. I was so glad he could get it done before the holiday. Very appreciated.

Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!
