Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Promised time was exact , also estimates were exact as well. First time customer and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Nothing negative about the experience today. Overall 5/5 stars.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. Zimm Auto repaired my Durango with an A.C problem and oil in the radiator. After he diagnosed the problem he kept me informed on a daily basis and sent pictures of his progress. He is honest, thorough and proud of his work. There were some glitches but not once did he say it is an unrelated problem.
I strongly recommend ZIMM AUTO for repairs and alignments.
It is the most reliable service I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.
