Each time he found the best solution, resolved the issue for good, was very honest about what must be done and what is optional and priced the repairs very fairly. windshield wiper flew off my car on the highway, was able to make it to work, went to Speedy and they helped me out in a bind...they walked over and replaced my wipers while I was at work, very professional and really went out of there way to help me out, dont see that kind of service anymore, thanks Tom and John
