I bought a car at Capital Subaru 2 years ago and have had my service work completed there ever since. The buying process was very pleasant; my salesperson was knowledgeable and friendy; and no pressure was exerted at any point. I also found the Business Manager to be easy to work with - at no time did I feel I was being offered something (warranty, accessories, etc) that I didn't require. The service experience since has been consistently pleasant. The work has been completed quickly and competently. Pricing has been fair, and several times I've not been charged for minor adjustments/repairs.

Keith and Terry worked so hard to help us get our new to us vehicle. We could never find enough good to say. They were so patient, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to help us anytime with any questions we had and they even helped us secure the financing for our vehicle. 5 Stars is not high enough rating but that was all they let me give.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. I had my A/C system repaired within the proper specifications ant a fraction of the cost of dealers.
