Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I would highly recommend him to local residents and Okanagan visitors alike.

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation.
