Exceptionally honest and skilled mechanic, best in the area by far. I had the pleasure of having Mark and his team work on our cars several times. Each time he found the best solution, resolved the issue for good, was very honest about what must be done and what is optional and priced the repairs very fairly. I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
