I was very pleased to have my car serviced at Richards Auto Clinic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about any issue for your specific make and model of car. They also give great advice to get the most out of your vehicle and are able to answer any questions you may have. I trust the work that was done and my car is running better than ever. Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
