Super friendly. I needed a part that they had in stock for a job they were doing. They were willing to sell me the part and order another for themselves. Helped me out of a bind. Excellent people would recommend going to see them for anything you need.

Run on integrity and excellence - a rare pairing within the auto repair industry in my experience. No wait times. Clean and friendly. Fair pricing. I know very little about what is under the hood. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.

This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.

Bent Willow is a small, family-owned automotive repair business, and is an excellent place to take your vehicle for auto repairs. Mike is an honest, no-nonsense mechanic who is very easy to talk to - everyone dreams of finding a mechanic like him, and he here is!
