I didn't buy my bike from Oak Bay but they have been the reason I have been able to keep this bike on the road, They have been more than helpful! I have never bought anything off them more than a tube or chain oil, yet they answer and help me with every question I have! My only complain with Oak Bay Bikes is that they do not sell Terratrikes:( Sad but true) best service on the island and they dont sell the bike I ride:( sometimes it sucks to be a low rider, but other than that I cant think of ..
