I experience at your shop. It's always nice to know you can depend on someone when dealing with a situation like I had to deal with. I appreciate your help and hard work in regard to my car repair. I also appreciate your company friendliness, quality, attitude and professionalism. The people who work there go out of their way for the customer, many times going beyond their duty in giving each customer the best in service. I am a widow and have been using Minit-Tune for years. I depend on them. Their prices are fair and they have always provided clear explanations about what my car needs to keep running reliably, and also explained what I don't need to worry about. We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!

Simon was recommended to me by my brother who has used Simon numerous times before for a wide variety of work. I don't know a lot about cars and was hoping I wouldn't end up doing work that didn't need to be done. Simon was honest and thorough with his assessment of my car and completed the work that needed to be done quickly and at a fair price. I learned a bit more about my car and know I will take it back to Simon's for regular maintenance and any future issues. I would highly recommend him!
