In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

I booked my tax apt thinking my taxes from last year would be straight forward and an easy process. Turns out I forgot I went to school to two different places and paid tuition (lol) so the process took wayyy longer than expected but Breda handled it like a pro! She didn’t complain once and was positive throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Best customer service. Most honest mechanic/ car dealership I have EVER used. Paul provides top notch service and genuinely cares for his customers. I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy.
